All PayPal payments must be received at least 48 hours before the class date. Please call if less than 48 hours for availability. A no-call or no-show will result in a forfeiture of payment. Any cancellations have 60 days to reschedule a class or a $25.00 cancellation/processing fee will apply.

Pull Down the Menu at the Left to Select a Class Date & Location. Click On Pay Now to Book a Class using the PayPal Service.
This is a 4 hour class. Registration begins at 7:30 am. The morning class runs from 7:30 am to 11:30 am. The afternoon class runs from noon to 4:00 pm. Beverages and snacks are included. A current official form of photo ID must be presented when checking in for the class. Individuals attending refresher training must also show proof of prior training and eligibility for refresher training.
Class is instructed in English only but a Spanish version of the test is available upon request.

A 2 to 4 week processing period may occur between your completion of any classes and your approval & certification by the State of Wisconsin.
Refresher Course Discounts include $10 per person for 4 or more Students and
$10 for all Military Personnel (past or present).
Discounts do not apply for off-site classes.
